Dit overleg is een drie partijen coalitie bestaande uit de lokale woningbouwcorporaties, de daarbij behorende huurdersraden en de wethouder Wonen van de gemeente Velsen. Deze coalitie maakt afspraken over de (sociale) volkshuisvesting in Velsen.
